If your child has an injury or illness requiring them to sit out of Physical Education for longer than 2 days:
Please provide us with a doctors note clearly stating the reason or diagnosis, as well as any measures the school will need to taketo ensure your child's safety at school.
If a child is sitting out of PE, we will also need to pull them out of recess for the duration of time.
If a note specifies that a child will need to be out of PE "until further notice" and no end date is listed, we will need a follow-up doctor's note with a return date written out, once your child can return to full activity.
